1Who may use Axio

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you are registering on behalf of an academy, school or government body, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

One account belongs to one person. Certification is a statement about an individual’s judgement, so sharing an account, or sitting an assessment on someone else’s behalf, defeats its entire purpose and is grounds for revocation under the Certificate Policy.

2What we provide

A certification pathway made of short learning modules, spoken scenario assessments, and — if every competency is demonstrated — a dated, publicly verifiable certificate valid for one year. The Women’s Safety in Sport and Exercise course is part of this pathway and is included in the certification fee. It is not sold separately.

We may revise course content, scenarios and the standard itself. We do this because standards change; see Content Standards & Governance for how. Revisions do not shorten a certificate already issued.

3What certification means, and what it does not

This clause matters more than any other, so it is stated plainly.

An Axio certificate attests that on a stated date, a person whose identity was verified against government records demonstrated defined competencies against a published standard. That is a meaningful, checkable claim. It is also a limited one.

Axio does not employ, supervise, place or vouch for coaches, and is not party to any arrangement between a coach and the people they train.

4Your obligations

• Give accurate information, and complete identity verification honestly. Impersonation, or verifying with someone else’s DigiLocker account, is fraud.
• Answer scenarios yourself, unaided, in your own words. Using another person, a script or an AI system to answer for you invalidates the assessment.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
• Do not misrepresent your certification status — including claiming certification you have not earned, that has lapsed, or that has been revoked.
• Do not copy, record, redistribute or resell course material. See Copyright & Intellectual Property.

5Fees and payment

Certification costs ₹999 and is valid for one year. The fee covers the full pathway: every course and module, every scenario, and retries where a competency is not yet demonstrated. Renewal is charged annually at the rate published at the time of renewal.

Payment is collected by UPI through our payment partner. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card details or banking credentials.

6Assessment, results and integrity

Assessments are answered aloud and are recorded so they can be transcribed and evaluated. Recording is necessary to certify you; if you do not consent to it, certification cannot proceed. How recordings are handled and how long they are kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Evaluation combines automated analysis with human review of contested or borderline outcomes. A competency marked not yet demonstrated is not a failure and is never shown on your public profile — you get a module and a fresh scenario.

You may appeal a certification decision within thirty days by writing to support@axiopro.in. Appeals are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision.

7Your public profile

Certification is only useful if it can be checked, so certified coaches have a public profile page reachable by link or QR code. It shows your first name and last initial, your sport, your city, your years of experience, the age groups you coach, and your certification status and dates.

It never shows your email address, your phone number, your Aadhaar number or any part of it, your date of birth, or your address.

8Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, and suspend or revoke a certificate, where there is credible evidence of impersonation, assessment fraud, misrepresentation of certification status, or conduct that makes the certificate misleading to the public. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to respond.

You may close your account at any time. Closing it does not entitle you to a refund, and does not withdraw a certificate already issued — which remains verifiable for its stated validity period, because retracting it would break every check already made against it.

9Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome will follow from certification.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from or connected with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, reputation or opportunity.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you at least fourteen days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Axio after that date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, close your account.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, please write to legal@axiopro.in so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
