Copyright & Intellectual Property
Who owns the course material and the certificates, what you may do with them, and how to report infringement.

Everything on axiopro.in — course material, scripts, scenarios, assessment criteria, the Safe Sport Standard, the Axio name and logo, the certificate design, the site itself and its code — is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international law.
1What we own
- Course and assessment content — modules, scripts, narration, scenarios, model answers, evaluation criteria and rubrics. Scenarios and criteria are the commercially sensitive core of the product: publishing them would let people rehearse the answers and would destroy the assessment’s meaning.
- The standard — the competency framework, evaluation dimensions and their wording.
- Brand — the Axio name, wordmark, logo mark and the certificate’s visual design.
- Platform — the site, the verification service and the underlying software.
Content contributed by subject-matter experts is licensed or assigned to us under written agreement before publication. How that works is set out in Content Standards & Governance.
2What you may do
On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the course material for your own professional development, for as long as your access lasts.
You may:
- view the material and take your own notes;
- display, print and share your own certificate, and share your public profile link, including on a CV, a website or a noticeboard;
- state accurately that you are Axio-certified, for as long as your certificate is valid.
3What you may not do
- Copy, download, screen-record, transcribe, republish or redistribute course material, scenarios or assessment criteria.
- Share your account, or give anyone else access to the material.
- Sell, sublicense, or use the material to build or train a competing course, standard or assessment.
- Use the material or any part of it to train a machine-learning model, or to generate derivative content, including by automated scraping.
- Use the Axio name, logo or certificate design in a way that implies endorsement, partnership or accreditation we have not granted.
- Alter a certificate, or present an expired, suspended or revoked certificate as current.
Breaching this clause ends the licence immediately and may result in revocation under the Certificate Policy.
4What you own
You keep ownership of what you contribute: your spoken answers, recordings and anything you write. By submitting them you grant us a licence to store, transcribe, evaluate and retain them for the purposes and periods described in the Privacy Policy — assessing you, defending a certification decision, and audit.
We do not publish your responses, and we do not use identifiable responses in marketing. Where we use assessment data to improve the standard or our evaluation, it is aggregated or de-identified first.
5Academies, employers and government
An organisation paying for its staff does not thereby acquire a licence to the material. Each coach’s licence is personal to them.
For institutional licensing, co-branding, or adopting the Safe Sport Standard at scale, write to partners@axiopro.in.
6Third-party material
Where we quote or cite published standards, legislation or research, it remains the property of its owners and is used under fair dealing for the purposes of education, review and reporting, with attribution. If you believe we have used your material incorrectly, tell us and we will correct or remove it.
7Reporting infringement
To report material of yours used without permission, or Axio material being redistributed, write to legal@axiopro.in with: what the material is, where it appears, your relationship to it, and your contact details. We act on credible reports promptly.
