Trust infrastructure for human professionals
Axio is building the trust infrastructure for human professionals, starting with sports coaching.
The problem
Every parent asks one question before trusting another adult with their child.
“Can I trust this coach with my child?”
Today the honest answer is a shrug. A recommendation from a friend. A certificate nobody can check. A feeling in the parking lot.
Our belief
Axio makes trust visible.
Trust should not be claimed. It should be demonstrated. It should be measured. And it should be continuously earned.
Most coaching credentials in the world today record that somebody once attended something. They say nothing about judgement, and nothing about now.
Axio replaces the claim with evidence: what this professional demonstrated, against which published standard, on which date, and when they are due to demonstrate it again.
Our mission
Real scenarios, answered out loud. Judgement is what gets measured, not memory.
Short learning modules that teach the principle, then hand the coach a situation to handle.
Issued only when every mandatory competency has been demonstrated. No numeric grades.
Certification lasts six months. Renewal uses fresh scenarios and the current standard.
The product
Every coach gets a continuously updated Axio Trust Profile — shareable with parents, academies, schools and sports bodies. It carries identity verification, certification status, the date judgement was last assessed and the date it must be assessed again.

Illustrative sample profile
Assessment
There is no multiple choice. A coach hears a situation they will one day actually face, and answers in their own voice, in their own words. Axio transcribes the response and evaluates it against the competencies — recognition, boundaries, communication, empathy, reporting obligations, legal awareness and escalation.
Spoken scenario
“Coach, I need to tell you something but don’t tell anyone.”
A 13-year-old athlete, alone with you after practice. Respond out loud, exactly as you would in real life.
Demo shortcut
In the product the coach speaks and Axio transcribes. Here, pick a response to hear back.
Who this is for
Stop guessing. See whether the person coaching your child has demonstrated safeguarding judgement — and when they last did.
Good coaches already do this work. Axio gives them something to show for it, and a credential that means something because it can be lost.
A visible safety floor across every coach and every facility, with renewal tracking and a public verification page.
The first standard
Axio certifies one thing, and certifies it properly: whether a coach can be trusted with a child. Alongside the individual credential, a facility accreditation track lets a centre show it knows what to do before and after something goes wrong.
What a profile means
Evidence, with a date on it.
Axio shows exactly what a coach demonstrated, against which published standard, and when. Like a driving licence or a CPR certificate, it is a checkable record of competence — which is why it expires, and why it has to be earned again.
That is a precise promise, and a far more useful one than a reassuring adjective. It gives you something you can verify instead of something you have to believe — and a renewal date that keeps it honest.
The road ahead
Certification is the first signal your profile carries. We add each one only when we can verify it rather than take it on trust, and each keeps its own date — so your profile stays current instead of quietly ageing.
